The guesthouse is a renovated building originally built at the end of the 18th or the beginning of the 19th century. Unfortunately, original building documents did not survive to the present. In the 19th century, the building served as a monastery, in the 20th century it was rebuilt into small flats with the yard being used by craftsmen. The present owner bought the house in a very bad condition in 1991. In 1993, the third floor was added to the building with 8 rooms designed for use in the guesthouse. Currently, the guesthouse offers accommodation in 11 rooms and 5 suites.
