Repy is a residential quarter in the western suburbs of the city, belonging to the administrative district Prague 17. You can set out on a short trip to the nearby White Mountain from here (a battle took place there in 1620, which determinated the fortunes of the country for the following 300 years). It is situated close the international Ruzyne Airport, so you can stay in Repy hotels, when you look for hotel accommodation in this area. They also may be used as a base for drivers, as it allow a good access to the D5 motorway to Plzen (Pilsen)&Bavaria; the road E48 to Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad), as well as the road R7 to Chomutov & Saxony. More hotels can be found closer the city centre (eg. in the quarters of Brevnov or Smichov).
