Kyje is a quarter of an unusual elongated shape, extended in its northern part. In the southern part you can find a remarkable monument of romanesque architecture – the church of St. Bartholemew from the begining of the 13th century, which served as a stronghold. You can also take a walk to nearby lovely Kyjsky pond. It is located near metro (Line B, Stations: Hloubetin, Rajska zahrada, Cerny Most), from where you can reach it by bus. There are not many accomodation possibilities here. You can book a hotel in the adjoining quarters Hloubetin and Cerny Most, too.
